Corporate Team Headshot Day for Companies

A concentrated headshot day for companies: up to 40 employees in one day, a mobile studio at your office, consistent background and studio-level results.

Do you know what happens when every employee photographs their own headshot separately? One shoots on an iPhone, another goes to a friend who is a photographer, someone crops a photo from their vacation in Italy — and suddenly the team page on the website looks like a collage from 2007.

A single concentrated headshot day for companies solves all of this at once.

The whole team is photographed in one day, in the same style, at the same quality, with professional lighting — without taking anyone off work for more than a few minutes.

Why do companies switch to a concentrated shoot day?

The first reason is consistency. When a client lands on your website and sees that every member of the team is photographed in the same style, with the same lighting quality and the same background — it signals professionalism. It signals an organization that knows what it is doing.

The second reason is efficiency. Instead of coordinating 20 separate photo sessions — with 20 different schedules, 20 payments and 20 different styles — you coordinate one day and you are done.

And the third reason, which gets talked about less: cost. When you book a concentrated shoot day, the cost per employee is significantly lower than an individual session. It is simple arithmetic.

How does it actually work?

A concentrated shoot day with me works in two formats:

Option A — I come to you.

I bring a full studio lighting system to your offices. I set up a shooting station in a meeting room or a quiet corner, and within an hour everything is ready. The lighting is identical to the studio — no compromise on quality. Employees come according to a pre-set schedule, each one steps in for 10–15 minutes and gets full guidance: body language, head angle, expression.

Option B — the team comes to my studio at the moshav. A classic format with all the advantages of a controlled studio environment — fixed, calibrated lighting and optimal conditions.

In both cases, the day is run according to an organized timetable. Every employee knows in advance when they are expected, and nobody waits around.

How many people can be photographed in one day?

On a full workday I photograph between 30 and 40 people. Each individual session takes 10–15 minutes and produces several high-level edited photos.

That pace is possible because it is a structured process: the lighting is already set, the guidance is precise, and I know how to draw the right photo out of every person — even someone who says "I don't photograph well."

What does the team get in the end?

Every employee receives professionally edited headshots — suited for LinkedIn, the company website, presentations and email signatures. The photos arrive in ready-to-use digital formats, and where needed also in different crops for each platform.

The company gets full visual consistency — something that builds trust with clients, partners and investors.

Who is it for?

A concentrated shoot day is the core of headshot photography for companies and organizations, and it suits any organization that wants to look professional in a consistent way: tech companies, law firms, medical clinics, startups, retail chains, consulting firms, business partnerships, and more. Whether it is an organization of 8 people or a company of 40 — the format is flexible.

How much does it cost?

The price for a concentrated shoot day varies according to the number of people photographed, the shooting location (studio or your place), and the number of edited photos per employee. Get in touch for a tailored quote — I build a package exactly around what your company needs.

A consistent photo = a strong brand

The faces of the employees are the face of the company. When everyone is photographed at the same level — it does not just look good. It feels good too, for the team itself and for everyone who sees you from the outside.

Frequently asked questions

Is the quality of a shoot at your office the same as a shoot in a permanent studio?
Absolutely. I arrive at your office with a mobile studio system that includes professional lighting, light shapers and backgrounds of the highest quality. The final result is identical to a shoot in a permanent studio.
How much space do we need in the office to set up the mobile studio?
Any free space the size of a standard meeting room will work. The gear is modular and allows a fast, safe setup without disrupting the regular flow of work in the office.
How long does it take to set up the equipment and start shooting?
Setting up the mobile studio and calibrating the lighting takes about 20 to 30 minutes. After that, the shooting runs efficiently and quickly, so managers and employees can get back to work within a short time.
Can we combine candid office shots alongside the formal portraits?
Yes, and it is highly recommended. Combining workplace shots, team meetings and details that characterize the organization creates a rich image bank that conveys authenticity and strengthens the brand.
How do you keep a consistent look across a large team of employees?
Work with organizations is done systematically. Every employee is photographed with the same lighting, background and composition, which guarantees an orderly, professional and consistent look across the entire company team.
