The Process

Behind the Scenes — Sharon at Work

Sharon photographs in his professional studio, and also arrives with a full mobile studio — studio lighting, backdrops and all the gear — straight to you, anywhere in Israel. The result is the same meticulous, personalized image portrait, whether in a mayor's office, a workplace or at the client's business. A look at the equipment, the lighting and the process — alongside the final result.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about headshots

How much does a headshot session cost?
Pricing depends on the package you choose — the number of outfits and the number of retouched photos you receive. The full price list and packages are on the pricing page, and teams and companies get per-person pricing based on headcount.
Do you come to me? Do you shoot nationwide?
Yes. You can shoot in the professional studio, or I'll come to you with a full mobile studio — to your office, clinic or home, anywhere in Israel. On-location shoots include a full lighting setup, so the result is identical.
How long is a headshot session?
Usually 90 to 150 minutes depending on the package, including a short planning call beforehand and close guidance throughout — pose, expression and wardrobe — so you look your best.
What do I get at the end?
You choose your favourite frames and receive them after professional editing and subtle retouching that keeps a natural look. The raw selects are shared on the day of the shoot.
Do you photograph teams, companies and organizations?
Absolutely. Consistent, professional headshots for the whole team — in the studio or at your office, anywhere in Israel — so everyone has a unified look. See the business-headshots page for details and a quote.
What is a mobile studio?
A mobile studio is a complete photo studio that comes to you: Sharon brings professional studio lighting, backdrops and a camera and builds a full studio on site. You get studio-quality headshots — at your office, workplace or business — without leaving the building.
Do you come to photograph at my office or place of business?
Yes. Sharon arrives with a full mobile studio and shoots headshots on location at your business, office or city hall — an on-location headshot photographer, nationwide across Israel. On-location shoots include a full lighting setup, so the result is identical to the studio.
Can headshots be taken outside the studio?
Absolutely. Headshots can be taken outside the studio — at your business, office or home — using a mobile studio with professional lighting. It is a nationwide headshot service, so you get a polished portrait at the same quality anywhere in Israel.
How much difference does a professional headshot make versus a regular photo?
The difference is dramatic. In a regular photo the lighting and angle are random; in a professional headshot Sharon controls the lighting, posing and expression, producing a credible, flattering business portrait that still looks natural. The before-and-after comparisons on this page show the gap on the same person.
What is the difference between a professional headshot and a selfie?
A selfie is shot on a close lens that distorts the face, under random light. A professional headshot uses the right lens, studio lighting and direction, so the result is a sharp, balanced, dignified business portrait — right for LinkedIn, your website and the press.
Do I need experience in front of the camera to look good?
No. Most people arrive with no experience and a fear of the camera. Sharon guides you step by step — pose, angle and expression — throughout the shoot, so even people who feel they aren't photogenic walk away with a flattering image portrait. The result speaks for itself.
