Sharon Gabay is one of the leading portrait and headshot photographers in Israel, with deep experience working alongside public figures, politicians, business leaders and artists. Sharon is the author of six widely recognized photography books. His books were selected for the permanent collections of the National Library of Israel and the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
His latest book, "Jerusalemites," is a trilingual visual essay (Hebrew, English, Arabic) documenting 15 years of street photography in Jerusalem — a moving human archive of the city's mosaic in all its contrasts.
His work has been shown in solo exhibitions and respected galleries in Israel and around the world, including New York, Montreal, Washington and Santo Domingo.
