Age Restriction

Purchases on the site are permitted for those aged 18 and over only. Making a purchase constitutes a declaration that the buyer is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into the transaction. A purchase by a minor requires the consent of a parent/guardian; it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure this in advance.

Cancellation of a Transaction

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

A cancellation is made by contacting us by email at sharongabay2@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at 054-2000-300, stating the order number and the buyer's details.

In the case of a cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower, as well as the cost of returning the product. A refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days of receiving the product back.

A transaction for products made specifically for the customer (such as personally signed prints, or single-copy 1/1 exhibition pieces) cannot be cancelled — except in the case of a defect only.

Product Delivery Policy

After payment is made, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation by email containing the order details. Within 1-3 business days, a company representative will contact the customer by phone, WhatsApp or email to coordinate the manner and timing of delivery.

Shipments are delivered nationwide within Israel, via registered mail, a courier company, or self-pickup arranged in advance.

Estimated delivery times (from the date of payment confirmation):

• Books and open prints: 7-14 business days
• Framed exhibition pieces: 14-21 business days

The prices displayed do not include shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees will be shown to the customer at the order completion stage.

Possible delays during holidays, exceptional events or force majeure are not considered a breach of obligation.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the personal details and shipping address provided are correct and accurate. In the case of non-delivery due to incorrect details — the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.

Product Warranty and Limitation of Liability

All products on the site undergo quality control before shipping. The company's warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.

In the case of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, including photographs of the defect, at sharongabay2@gmail.com.

After inspection and confirmation of the defect, the company will replace the product or credit the customer at its discretion. The shipping cost for replacing a defective product will be borne by the company.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (humidity, direct sunlight, extreme heat), or natural wear and tear.

The books, photographs and prints are collector's items; the colors and shades may vary slightly between the computer screen and the final printed product.

Limitation of liability: The company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect, consequential, incidental or special damage caused to the customer or to a third party as a result of using the service and/or the product purchased on the site. The content on the site and/or displayed on it does not constitute a professional opinion, advice, or recommendation, and should not be relied upon as such. The company's liability, in any case, is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product.

Copyright and Use of Photographs

All photographs and images displayed on the site are the works of Sharon Gabay and are protected by copyright.

The photographs displayed on the site are made available to the public under a Creative Commons Attribution — NonCommercial — NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Under the terms of the licence:

• You may copy and redistribute the photographs in any medium or format, as they are and without any modification.
• Any use requires credit in the form "Photo: Sharon Gabay", alongside a link to sharongabay.com and to the licence terms.
• Any commercial use is prohibited, including use directed, whether directly or indirectly, towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
• Creating and distributing derivative works is prohibited — including cropping, editing, colour alteration, the addition of text or graphics, incorporation into a collage, and adaptations of any kind.

The licence covers copyright only. Some of the photographs depict identifiable people, and their use may require the separate consent of the subject; this licence does not grant any such consent.

Purchasing a book, print or exhibition piece confers ownership of the physical copy only, and does not transfer copyright or any right of use beyond what is set out in this section.

The licence does not apply to content not authored by Sharon Gabay, including brand marks, third-party photographs and press clippings displayed on the site, the rights in which remain with their respective owners.
