How Much Does a Headshot Cost? Full 2026 Price List

How much does a headshot cost in Israel? The full 2026 packages — Basic, Standard and Premium — in the studio or with a mobile studio, across Israel.

The question I get most often: "How much does it cost?" The honest answer: it depends. Here is everything that really affects the price — with my full prices, no vagueness.

Key points:

  • Headshot for an individual in the studio: 1,250–2,600 NIS by package (before VAT).
  • On-site shoot at your place of business: 2,600–4,200 NIS by package — a full mobile studio across Israel.
  • Teams and companies: 400–690 NIS per person.
  • Every price here matches the official price list on the services page exactly.

When someone asks "how much does a headshot cost," they expect a single number. But a headshot is not a uniform product — a session for one person with five images is completely different from photographing a whole team. In this guide I break the price down into its factors, present my full packages, and explain what is worth investing in and what is not.

Packages and Prices — Headshots

I work in clear packages, with no surprises. All prices are before VAT:

Package In the studio On-site Included in the package
Basic 1,250 NIS 2,600 NIS Up to 2 outfit changes · 5 edited images
Standard (recommended) 1,850 NIS 3,400 NIS Up to 4 outfit changes · 10 edited images
Premium 2,600 NIS 4,200 NIS Up to 6 outfit changes · 15 edited images
Teams and companies 400–690 NIS per person A consistent look for the whole team, across Israel

Every package also includes a briefing and preparation call, shooting time, image selection, professional editing and all the raw material. The on-site shoot includes setting up a full mobile studio and guarantees a result identical to the studio. All prices are in NIS, before VAT.

Shoot time: 30–120 minutes depending on the package · on-site, add about half an hour for setup and half an hour for teardown.

Whether you are looking for a business headshot for an individual, a business portrait for a senior executive or a full team shoot — the price list is uniform and transparent. The cost of headshots is determined by the package, the location and the scope of work, and every number here matches the official price list on the services page exactly.

How Much Does a Headshot Cost — The Factors That Set the Price

Five factors determine what you pay:

Number of people — a session for one person is fundamentally different from a team shoot. More people = more time, editing and coordination.

Number of outfit changes — each change of clothing adds variety to the images and requires additional shooting time.

Number of edited images — the more finished images you need with professional retouching, the higher the price.

Location — a studio shoot is cheaper. An on-site shoot includes setting up a full mobile studio, so it costs more — but you never leave the office.

The photographer's experience — the experience shows at every stage, from the briefing to the final edit.

What No Price List Shows — The Lighting and the Method

There is one factor no price list shows, and it is the one that decides whether the photograph works. I work in a method I named Docu-Studio: controlled studio lighting combined with street- and documentary-photography technique. The lighting, the background and the pose are planned — the expression is caught in real time, not staged.

The session is carried by conversation that pulls attention away from the pressure of being photographed, and that is how the split second in which the formal pose drops gets caught. The result is a photograph that conveys authority and credibility, and in which you recognise yourself.

That is why the same person, on the same day, will look completely different with two photographers — and it is what sits behind the gap between one price list and another.

Headshot Prices: Why It Pays to Shoot Right Once

A professional headshot serves you for 3 to 5 years — on your website, on LinkedIn, in marketing materials and in the media. If it brings in one additional client, it has already paid for itself.

Shooting Day Price: How Much Does a Day Cost for a Whole Team

For a team or full company shoot, the price ranges from 400 to 690 NIS per person, depending on the number of people, the location and the work required. The more people photographed in a single group day, the lower the cost per person — and the result is consistent across the whole team, in the same style and against the same neutral background. I come with a mobile studio to offices anywhere across Israel, so no employee has to leave the office.

What Is Included in the Price — and What Not to Skimp On

Every package includes a briefing call, shooting time, selection of the best images, professional editing and all the raw material.

Two things you must not skimp on:

Editing — an image without professional editing looks raw. Editing brings it to a level worthy of publication.

The briefing call — a photographer who does not ask questions before the shoot does not know what he is photographing. The briefing defines the message, the style and the target audience.

How Long Does a Headshot Session Take?

Less than you think: sessions run 30–120 minutes depending on the package. On-site the times are the same, plus about half an hour to set up the mobile studio and half an hour to tear it down.

That speed is not a shortcut — it is the result of experience. A conversation over coffee is enough for me to understand exactly how to set the light to suit you and the message you want to convey. In the shoot itself all that remains is to execute — calmly, with no trial and error. You return to your calendar with a result that does not compromise — a point that matters especially to executives and public figures whose time is scarce.

"He was very fast in producing and editing the photos. Within a day everything was ready." — Ayala Wohl, from the Google reviews
