Headshots for Senior Executives — When You Lead a Company, Your Photo Leads the Story
Professional headshots for senior executives, CEOs and chairpersons. 15+ years with hundreds of Israel's top figures. In studio or at your office.
Headshots for senior executives: when you lead a company, your photo leads the story.
A CEO who appears in an article without a professional photo is missing out. A chairperson who uploads a conference selfie to the company website is missing out. A VP who keeps using the same photo from ten years ago is missing out. In the business world of 2026, your photo is your first representative everywhere you aren't physically present.
A headshot for senior executives isn't a matter of vanity. It's a business decision. When an investor, a client or a potential employee sees your photo, they make a decision in a fraction of a second: is this a person I trust? Is this someone I want to work with?
Why do senior executives need a professional headshot?
You are the face of the organization. Clients, investors and employees want to see who stands behind the company. A photo that conveys leadership, confidence and credibility does the work for you before you've even opened your mouth.
Your digital presence sets the tone. LinkedIn, the company website, media articles, conference panels — everywhere you need a photo that represents you in a way that respects both the role and the person.
A change of role calls for a change of photo. When you move up a level, switch companies or launch a new venture, the old photo no longer tells the right story. A headshot for senior executives is an update to the message you send the world.
The media looks for a ready photo. A journalist preparing an article needs a high-resolution photo. If there isn't one, they'll use a Zoom screenshot, and that's what will appear next to your name.
Which executives have I photographed?
In the past year alone I've photographed senior executives from the front line of the Israeli economy:
Ariela Rejwan — Director General of the Jerusalem Municipality, the first woman in the role.
Ariela Rejwan — Director General of the Jerusalem Municipality, the first woman in the role.
Yehuda Avidan — Director General of the Ministry of Religious Services.
Avi Belshnikov — Chairman of the Israel Export Institute.
Nili Shalev — Director General of the Israel Export Institute.
Shlomo (Momo) Filber — former Director General of the Ministry of Communications.
Alon Shoham — head of the "Nativ" organization (the liaison bureau in the Prime Minister's Office).
Nachshon Kiviti — Chairman and owner of the "B.S.R" real estate group.
Ariel Rotter — businessman and real estate entrepreneur, co-owner of the "Castro" chain.
And hundreds more senior executives over 15+ years of my career.
What sets a headshot for senior executives apart?
The message changes with the role. The CEO of a startup needs to look different from the CEO of a bank. A board chairman needs to look different from a division manager. I adapt the style — lighting, background, body language — to the message that needs to come across.
Time is money. Senior executives can't spend hours on a photo shoot. My session is planned, focused and efficient. A short briefing call beforehand, a concentrated shoot, and results at the highest level.
Discretion. Some of my clients are people who prefer that no one know they invested in professional photography. My process is quiet, professional and respectful of privacy.
Lighting that flatters. I use a selective-light technique — precise lighting built for each subject's face individually. The result is a photo that looks natural, polished and unposed. Eyes that convey leadership, not a pose in front of a camera.
Where does the shoot take place?
In the studio — my studio offers a quiet environment, a breathtaking view and complete privacy. Many executives prefer to come here precisely because it feels like a short day off from the office.
At your office — I arrive with full studio equipment, set up a professional photography set and shoot in your own comfort. Ideal when you need to photograph an entire management team in one day.
Anywhere in the country — full coverage across Israel. From Tel Aviv to Haifa, from Jerusalem to Be'er Sheva.
Which platforms need the photos?
The company website — the "Our Team" or "Management" page is one of the most viewed pages.
LinkedIn — a profile with a professional photo gets 14 times more views.
Annual reports and investor presentations — the CEO's photo appears on the first page.
Conferences and panels — organizers need a high-resolution photo for posters and the conference website.
Media articles — a ready photo saves the journalist's improvised shot.
What do clients say?
Senior executives who come to me repeat two things again and again: my ability to make even people who "hate being photographed" feel at ease and draw out a photo that conveys exactly what they want, and the professionalism that saves them time and produces an internationally caliber result.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a headshot session for a senior executive take?
- A personal session takes about 30-45 minutes. For a management team, the schedule is arranged so each executive gets their own time without pressure. Everything is planned in advance to save valuable time.
- Can you photograph us at our office?
- Yes. Sharon Gabay arrives with full studio equipment anywhere in the country and sets up a professional photography set — in a meeting room, a lobby or any suitable space. The result is identical to the studio.
- What is the difference between a standard headshot and a headshot for senior executives?
